In!
Picked up a box of those ginger-pumpkin ice cream mini sandwiches at TJ's, ate the whole thing last night lol. Review and pics coming later.
Add Coconut Key Lime to the list if you're into fruity pie flavors.
I live in Chicago too and have yet to find Sunday Morning. It might not be available in this part of the country.

Haha, I saw the old thread titles, so I thought I'd have a peek at this new one. I honestly thought "ice cream" was a euphemism for something ... I didn't think it would be actual ice cream.
I'd better not subscribe ... it could be dangerous for my weight loss. LOL286 lbs - March 11, 2019 (started Keto)

I wonder if I'll get lucky and be able to find this one this year. My local Kroger stores have slowly been improving their TH selections.
Haven't had, but a local creamery did their own riff on this (very similar) and they used an actual maple ice cream base instead of a syrup swirl. Possibly a better execution choice. They still had the same issue with the softer waffle bits though, so I think that might be an unavoidable evil..."Mediocrity knows nothing higher than itself, but talent instantly recognizes genius."

That looks good, I just got back and my kroger didn't have it. Theres another one I can check probably next week. Or maybe I'll wait til January lol they still had southern lemon pie and no sign of whoopie pie. Was also looking for edy's pumpkin but no dice
Here's what I snagged tonight
Kroger Coffee and donut
Kroger fried ice cream
Blue Bell spiced pumpkin pecan
The title is spot on with pumpkin spice because thats what it tastes like opposed to just pumpkin, though the star is the praline swirl. My favorite swirls are graham cracker swirls so I'm excited to try the TH pumpkin pie, but I think this could give it a run for its money.
May not be the best pic, seeing its already melting over my notes, but you can tell pecans and swirl are all over. Its almost impossible to tell them apart while eating, but either way, every bite has a cinnamon-y crunch from either the pecans or the swirl. Its probably one of the better crunchy swirls that wasn't affected by the temperature or too difficult to spoon through.
