Well, if you have been doing well without pre-workouts I wouldn't buy them. If you want to still try them though, I suggest getting Cellucor C4 or Scream from BB. Also, there's no need for a post workout if you are drinking a protein shake after you get home from the gym. Add a banana to your shake and you will get the same results.

Yes, Cellucor C4 if you want some focus and energy in the gym. Regarding the BCAA'S, they will help you because you are on a caloric deficit. I have tried Amino Recovery and it really gives you that extra push on the gym when you start lagging. Definately get some if you don't like stim fat burners.

If you're nutrition is in check and you're already using whey protein, then a BCAA isn't necessary unless you are doing your cardio in a fasted state. AS far as assistance for the fat burning stages, I'd suggest you just make sure your nutrition is spot on. For help with that, visit the Nutrition section of the forum.

if you workout fasted or have long periods of time between meals BCAAs would benefit you, especially if looking to cut weight.

if you have never tried any PWOs before, unless you feel like you need a PWO dont bother with it. you could start out with just adding in caffeine pills or coffee PWO and see if that helps first.

Pre workouts help with many things, intra workout performance, stamina, muscle fatigue, pumps, strength, and more. I feel they are very beneficial, although sometimes addicting so be careful on going over the recommended dosages, if you are sensitive to caffeine, go with one that has less then average. You'll find that many have 200+mg per serving of caffeine.

C4 as mentioned is a great product overall.

Maybe do some research on these as well

C4 is a pre-workout, and won pre-workout of the year, I would not suggest a pre-workout until you cover your whey, Multi (OT/Animal Pak), Fishoil (oxi-Omega) and creatine (BB.com, Cellucor, Primaforce, Allmax, ON, Universal) First

People need to focus on your diet and training and not supplements they play so little to the main equation when it comes to progress.

    Always about diet first.

I would usually recommend a lower caffeineated pre like c4 or volt but since you are almost 30 I am guessing you have or do take caffeine.

Really it depends on how much caffeine you can handle and what time of day you would bs working out.

    Focus on your diet buddy.
If you need energy before your workout then get some cheap caffeine pills and have a drink with some simple carbs like Gatorade.

What do you expect to get out of a supplement? I think that is a question that needs to be answered before recommending anything.
Also what does your diet look like? TDEE? Macros? Relative meal timing?
