    That's a very generous offer. As I'm sure you know by now, I'm a huge PA fan; it's one of my favorite supplements, and I want to take at least 750mg PA daily regularly, and, with the price of soy lecithin being as low as it is, I plan on running >750mg. Since many users, including myself, have doubts that each serving of King contains 750mg PA, I would not want to spend ~8 weeks potentially taking less than 750mg PA. With that said, I would be willing to do an 8 week log of King V2 where I assume that it has 750mg PA, and take 750mg PA less (from granules) daily from the dose I'm taking once I begin the log (it'll be after a log on at least 1.5g PA from lecithin), and replace it with King V2. This should still be a quite beneficial log, as it should be able to compare (X g PA) to (X g PA - 750 mg PA + King V2), as well as test the potential benefits of Niagen.
    If I do this log, it wold not be for some free product (the price of PA from granules is low enough that this isn't really an issue for me), but to help others to see how King V2 stacks up to, and with, some other PA sources, which can potentially help other people make a decision on which PA source to go with.

    Does this sound good?

    I don't get all these "let's mix this PA specific supplement with a few tablespoons of soy lecithin granules!" How do you know what's doing what? Why waste money on the PA specific supplement if you're going to be using tablespoons of soy lecithin granules? Pick one and use that.

    I agree. I think once someone runs phosphamuscle they will decide the hassle of SL will just not be worth it.

    Forget hassle or no hassle, why spend all that money on the PA specific product only to then spend some more to use lecithin granules and end up not really knowing which one is effective or not? Just doesn't make sense. Pick one, buy it, try it for 2-3 months and see how you like it.

    Honestly, the hassle is pretty overblown. I travel pretty frequently for work, small single serving Tupperware containers aren't any more cumbersome than packing capsules. I get where you're coming from and I'm sure there's a large contingent that does believe the convenience of the capsules are worth the premium paid, I just think the hassle of the granules is overstated.

    The only reason I could understand this is if someone gets stomach discomfort/bloating if they take the lecithin granules pre-workout, but they still want to take a pre-workout dose (hence using a concentrated PA supplement), and they also want to get more PA in at another time, perhaps with a shake/meal post-workout and on rest days with meals(hence using the lecithin granules). I don't really see any reason to co-ingest them though. Of course, I don't know how many people fit the above criteria though, and I'd imagine it's not very many.
    The only reason I mentioned it is because it's the only way I'd even consider taking/logging King V2.

    I agree with you. I've been recommending exhausting all possible dosing schemes with the granules before ditching them in favor of a concentrated (very expensive) PA supplement.

    I'd rather get higher doses of PA for cheaper from lecithin in any of the following dosing schemes than pay >$2 per 750mg PA (although I do love PhosphaMuscle).
    -pre-workout
    -within 3 hours of working out (with meal if needed)
    -split pre and post workout

    I don't really understand paying good money for something like PhosphaMuscle or King and co-ingesting it with lecithin granules either, unless you happen to already have a supply of a concentrated PA supplement and want to get more PA by adding some lecithin granules.

    Yesterday was actually my first day back taking lecithin granules (after finishing the last 2 days of my ~8 week PhosphaMuslce log with 1.5 g/day PA). I took 1.5g pre-workout, and 750mg post-workout (8% PA used for calculations), and had a great workout and set a big bench PR. I'm looking forward to getting higher doses of PA with the lecithin granules.
    I mixed the granules with some bulk powders (8g citrulline malate, 1g agmatine, 1g ALCAR, 300mg caffeine) and just chugged it down. It didn't taste very good at all, but I'd say it was worth it, considering the benefits and savings.

    I've switched over from Fearn to Life Extension Lecithin Granules. They are a little more expensive, but the granule size is smaller which makes chewing them easier and I think they taste better than Fearn. Also, for those that care about this kind of stuff, they are non-GMO.

    Hey guys just bought 2 tubs of Fearn SL. I have been only been taking it for 2 days now. You guys weren't kidding about the pumps and muscle fullness WOW. I took 3 tablespoons each time so 1.8 mg of PA. I just mix it with my morning oatmeal and some honey, I swear it taste even better with the SL, you guys should give it a try. Can't wait for the strength gains.

    What you are experiencing is probably placebo at this point. I could be wrong though. I know the pills take about 10 days to kick in.

    I'd start with just 2 tbs once per day and see where you are after a couple weeks. That's just me though.

    I noticed the tunnel vision focus from the SL right away first workout and about the second workout I really started to see the difference in muscle fullness and a quick 3 lbs scale jump.

    2 tbsp SL and 4 King caps pre workout for me on w/o days. Been seeing great results in body comp.

    I don't think I've gotten increased focus on PA. Have to wonder if there could be anything else that could have caused the quick scale increase (food, hydration, etc) because that seems very fast.

    I started on 750mg and noticed increased vascularity and pump after about a week. After maybe 5 weeks at 750mg, I bumped up to ~1300mg to see if I noticed a difference. Maybe it has to do with saturation or something, but I did get increased endurance after maybe 3 days...didn't take that long to get a perceivable difference off the increased dose. Might bump it again after a while to see if there's further difference at even higher doses or if I've reached a point of diminishing returns.
