Phil heath night show was just domination. Look at arms and look how that brachialis gives a unique look to his arms that has never been seen before. The crispy detail of muscle fibers that are not usually visible are quite visible on heath. His belly tightened up for the night show and he showed the world another sneak peak at his unique 3d muscle system. Kai looked good but hes just not unique like phil. Phil has it.

Although I do agree that maybe it's time for some new guidance. I hope Ramy doesn't feel obligated to stay with Dennis because of the fact that Dennis has really mentored him these past couple years. It's like when Kai left Oscar. It doesn't feel right, but in the end will yield a better result for him on stage.Instagram - @dan_evan1

They were hyping this as one of the best Olympia line ups of all time.
The truth is it was a very poor show. As hard as Kai tried there wasn't a single other athlete that could get anywhere near Heath when he was only 90-95% his best. I don't expect him to make the same mistake again. Counting on Ramy to dial it in next year, what a freak!
