Night time workout fit my schedule because if you do some really intense workout you will be burned out and ready to crash afterward.

Due to my job and family situation, I found that I can only go to the gym at about 8pm during the weekdays.

The only issue I see you you not being able to fall asleep after that workout time. I used to have that issue, because I'd get so amp'd up about my workouts that after... I was so in the zone. LOL

Give it all you have, train hard, and leave it all at the gym!

As for the abs... Kitchen, Cardio, Supplements, and rest.

Sure it's OK. It also depends on your work schedule and can you wind down after a workout to get sleep/rest.

my forearms are the most trained and they dont start training till bedtime

I only lift and run at night, typical start time at 10pm. The tough part is falling asleep after a 7 mile run that ends at 11:30 pm.
