There is a lot of truth to this stuff.

There's 'fans' whose knowledge of the scene = bb.com forums and the internet who live in the dark. Then there are those who are actually involved, know IFBB pro's personally, have been around it and seen and heard it.

It is generally not a glamorous clean lifestyle. Its filled with whatever vice you can think of. Yes there are those who have nothing to do with it, who go home, and train and then just do events, but there is definitely a 'scene' to it. Especially here in the northeast.

Those of you dismissing it, don't really have a clue.

I've never once thought it held him back. He just wasnt the best on stage when he placed 2nd. He has won shows when he was the best. I am glad however that he hasn't won an O. He's a pseudo intellectual weirdo and I dont like him. That being said, Phil Heath is worse for the sport. At least Kai is a nice guy.
