Hi, So I decided to make protein pancakes with whey isolate and topped it with syrup. I got 36 grams of protein out of it, I was happy and on track. An hour later I took a dump that smelled like pancakes. Did I just lose those 36g of protein?? DO I have to keep eating chicken today if I've already hit my macros with ppancakes??(I don't think I'm lactose intolerant because I drink protein shakes with whey isolate and this situation happens probably once it twice a month)
