I took down the picture and caption after a few hours. Ya, he started maybe 3 weeks ago. The coach already moved him up to the intermediate class. He never wrestled before. He loves it.

The first one is not authentic, as we do not have any sweet pretzels over here.

As for English, not 100% of the other Scandinavian countries, but most/all have a high focus on both written and verbal English in school.
Probably have about the same amount of English lessons as you do Norwegian over here along with like 90% of the stuff on the TV is in english (we do have subtitles tho). Along with the internet,gaming etc. youths these days probably spend more time writing/reading English than Norwegian.

I've given up. There are far too much temptation everywhere I go lately. Sweets everywhere. I've increased my activity level and come to terms that I probably won't be returning to keto or "clean" eating until the beginning of the year.

How is everyone? I see too many yummy (fattning pics) ITT. So here's my contribution of something healthy.

Pan cooked Salmon with lemon butter sauce over broccoli/spinach salad.

Yup. thxgiving-xmas is just damage control. I balance my meals around each part and just try to stay the course. Like you i added more activity to help. Oh well.

Nice! How did you do? I do not miss school and finals at all. During my second-to-last semester, I took too many hard classes. By finals week, I was under so much stress, I started getting electric zaps and tingles on my hands and face. During one test, I broke out into hives from head to toe.

You think I'm competitive? I am, but in an inconspicuous way. I like to be the dark horse. J's played a lot of sports (soccer/tball/football), but I can't say he was competitive until now. He's really enjoying it.

Oh, we all have parasites. But I am avoiding everything tropical and subtropical after learning last week of meter long foot worms. If someone so much as offers me a mango I am going to punch him or her in the nose.
