Ok, since I'm old and I like a challenge I thought I'd give this a try. I NEVER do any stretching. I'm at work and I got off my chair and right into this. I can feel the tightness in my hammies.
I can do this with a bend ( more than I'd like ) and with some stretching I think I could do it with almost no bend. I have always been flexible and can still go into a handstand from sitting on the ground or a chair.
Since my back and neck have been bothering me the past couple weeks I took ibuprofen before doing this and turned on the heating pad. LMAO Thanks BH.
