Mix "Protein and Creatine"

Hello guys I want to know about drinkong protein and creatin together if that Is wrong or not.
And its better to drink after training or before training ?

perfectly fine! i do it. i make sure to try and take the creatine at the same time every day, give or take an hour or 2.

its absolutely fine to take them at the same time. I have done so many times myself.

Timing doesnt really matter compared to hitting your macros, and ensuring your intaking your creatine, but IMHO post workout is optimal.

Yes you can mix the two. Take whenever you like. Creatine is not timing dependent. Protein can be taken whenever, what really matters is that you hit your macros.

I take my protein and creatine after my workout, which is better imo. Its fine to take both together!

Yes I guess that should be fine

Can get creatine in both tablet & powder form so whichever works best for you I suppose
