The difference between pics is about 20lbs and over a year

Killer physique and delts have exploded. From that angle it's hard to see the 20lbs gain ... I suspect you'd see more change with a FDB/BDB and with your legs

Weight in these photos is somewhere over 95kg or 210lbs. in the before roughly 84kg (185 lbs)

thanks, for sure leaner too which i'm happy about. Just turned 22 and I have been training for over 5 years now but definitely not training correctly at the start of my journey lol.

Squat & Deadlift 1rm I've never done but I'd say at least 4 plates for squat. Neither with deadlift, but I'd say 5 plates at a stretch based off lifting close to my 1rm. Haven't actually done less than 3 reps on an excersize this whole year
