Depends on your major and if you're going to further your education. For most STEM it will matter, even though experience is equally if more important. Only delusional **** ups say it doesn't matter at all, there's a huge difference between getting a 3.0 and a 2.0 and it's not even that hard tbh to keep a B avg. If you can't even manage straight Bs then good luck.

Above a 3.5 with a few extra curricular activities and you are often offered a position within your graduating field. A 3.0 shows you attended class and after that the hiring process becomes difficult because a 3.0 is very easy to obtain with about 90% of majors. If you ever want to go to grad school that doesnt require a GMAT/LSAT then your UG GPA is even more scrutinized.

I actually got into masters school and my gpa is not that great. I am also getting interviews with not great gpa although i keep messing around when its interview time but i have a job either way.

It depends.
You might as well get the best GPA you can manage just in case you want to purse a master's.
I'm finishing my 2nd bachelor's right now, and I need a minimum of 3.2 just to get in to the next phase of education I want to go for -- so obviously a 3.5 and above is my goal so I can be more than just minimally competitive.August 2023:

S: 315 x 2, 225 x 18 (PR's)

OHP: 185 x 3 (PR), 135 x 16

That is not bad advice at all. All i was saying was gpa dont matter unless u are going for graduate school and it is true. It was his question either way so its not bad advice.
not because of my gpa because of my major but i am getting interviews but i keep screwing it up from there i guess. I have a job working for a physical therapist either way and i get 30-35 hrs/week which is not too bad since i dont have a lot of experience other than private personal training.315*2 bench press

You can't get an internship from your major department if you have a 2.5, you won't place your GPA on a resume if it's a 2.5, and you can't get into any of the events for business groups to make ANY connections with a 2.5
we've just concluded that GPA matters
quotes guying saying you need at least 3.0
posts saying brother had 3.1
concludes connections are everything
I swear miscers are morons
