C4 Extreme Problem ?

Hello, till now I took Ronnie Coleman's Myo-Blitz and never had a problem. It was finished and I bought C4 Extreme by seeing all the good reviews of it. Now when I took the pre workout of 1 scoop as instructed , after 10 minutes, my face and my whole body started itching. It was like my whole body was on heat and there was continuous itching. My trainer told me that this kind of thing happens with some pre-workouts.
So what is this thing exactly ? Should I stop taking the C4 Extreme ?
Can anyone help ?

This.. you can also take it with a little food in your stomach to help ease the tingles. Hope you got the Mojito flavor because it is fukin amazing!

I have started it since yesterday . So for how long I will experience these itchiness ? I mean will I get these itches everyday I take the preworkout ?

For now you will get them, but they will slowly go away and not be as bad. You can also try what scotty said above

Totally normal, and as stated above, it will taper off and go away eventually. Some of us actually like the way that feels

I don't like the tingles at work when I take Beta Alanine in the morning, but when I get them before working out it kind of pumps me up! You get used to it...

Ah, yes. The beta alanine. I remember vividly my first dose of C4... I kinda miss the tingles, to be honest. They do go away - I was tingle-free after my third day, I think.

Are we sure this is from the Beta-Alanine and not the Niacin/Niacinimide?

Beta-Alanine typically causes the itchy/bugs crawling on you feeling, but Myo-Blitz has Beta-Alanine in it and there were no issues with the Myo-Blitz. What about the Niacin/niacinimide in C4???

that is a side effect of BA, you will be fine over time. It aids performance.

I would also state this. If you took a tub of myoblitz and you take pre-workout everyday PLEASE make sure you cycle your stimulants every 8 weeks

I think we all understand the side effects of BA, but if the itchiness was not noticed when OP took the Myo-Blitz than is the dosage that much of a difference between C4 and Myo-Blitz?

Apparently you can't read labels. Beta alanine is not in the prob blend and there is 1500mg of BA

That was obviously due to the niacin content not the beta alanine, its known as the "flush". It's normal.

I actually missed the part where he said heat, which is a niacin flush effect. But the itching i would think is from Beta alanine, not the niacin

The niacin also causes rash like itching, different from just tingles. BA might have only contributed slightly.

Thats true. Though i never got itching from niacin ( i did get a flush feeling though) so i guess i am just lucky. I notice with BA that the tingles do sometimes make me want to itch but depends how much i take.

I personally had a terrible allergic reaction from C4, I couldn't stop scratching myself for hours. I only take pure beta alanine now as a pre workout.

I don't think its the C4, and you're more than likely not allergic.

It was a legitimate rash, not oh my body is itching, it was a very red bubbly rash on my skin around my face, arms and chest, face got all puffed up. My brother saw me and wanted to drive me to the ER because he was very concerned but I rejected it, took an allergy pill and I was fine again after 12 hours, except for a few scars which already healed (from scratching).

And I've taken several supplements with niacin before and never had an issue with niacin. Hell I still have about 20 servings left of that C4 on my cabinet that I refuse to use.

That's crazy. I still don't think it's the BA......

There are no known side-effects for BA other than the tingling.
