Exclamation Nearly fainting every time I work out my legs! NEED HELP!

The title says it all. I'm having a lot of trouble every time I work out my legs, no matter if I do it inside my gym or at an open area. So this is basically what happens to me: My head starts heating and I begin to lose my breath, my heart pumps super fast and I begin to feel dizzy, after that I feel like I just can't keep going. Is this normal when working out my legs? Or is anyone having the same problem as I do?

    KEEP IN MIND:
    - It happens to me even though I eat properly (2-3 times in a day before working out)
    - I do not have any illness, no heart or breathing issues.
    - My legs may still be very weak, which means I can't finish my workout.. but I've been lifting weights for over a year and haven't skipped leg day, I actually notice a lot of improvements!

Probably... I do not do cardio on purpose, because I'm having trouble gaining weight. However this only happens to me when I do legs

Breathe, breathe and breathe. Inhale while going down, exhale while lifting up. Do it with lower weight to work on your breathing.

Deep breaths in your nose, out your mouth. Don't pant, that will make it worse. Control and slow your breathing.

Some lightheadedness is to be expected with any strenuous activity.

It's most likely a breathing or hydration issue, or a combination of both.

Don't forget puking, it's the sign of a successful leg day.
