    Recovering from injury

    Hello recently I sprained my L ankle pretty bad and believe I may have torn a ligament. I really want to get back in the gym it's been about 3 weeks what do you guys think is the best way to recover?

    I've torn a medial deltoid ligament in my right ankle doing Tough Mudder and it hurts like hell. So far, almost two weeks and counting of no lower body training.

    Wait until all discomfort has gone and work to get full ankle mobility back. Then take it easy with the weights for a bit.
