High reps, low weights or Low reps, high weight for Dutch Kickboxing/Muay Thai?

I have kickboxing from Monday to Saturday, everyday for 1 hour. On Mondays after kickboxing, I do 50-75 reps with low weight of bench press. On Tuesday after training, I do 50-75 pullups with support. Then at Saturday, I do 400 reps of bench press with lower weight and 100-150 pull ups with more suppprt and 75 bicep curls.
Can kickboxing and lifting like this get me a good physique? I also eat 1g per body pound of protein daily

Thats an idiotic workout. Just follow a regular strength program.

And learn to do pullups without support. Sheesh.

That's DC da man you're dissing...JK!! You can learn kickboxing. The right instruction can come in handy. And strength training will put more power behind those skills... What about the Starting Strength program from the stickies?? A lot of critical instruction there.

So sorry for that, the dude just wasn't nice telling me to learn to do a pullup when it's not really a part of the sports I'm training. Also I don't want bodybuilder physique. I'm good with Floyd's or Buakaw's physique, just need advice. Thanks

Its depends on how long you're doing kickboxing and what your physis, generally speaking, I think you're pushing too hard...

Mayweather and Buakaw can do real pull-ups. And if you want to criticize others to "learn how to punch", then surely you would understand why this routine is terrible. You are doing absolutely nothing for the hips and lower body which is where your real power comes from, not to mention where you will get real kicking power.

Pick any basic beginner routine and run it twice a week. Keep one day completely off.

I can throw a punch, I boxed collegiately, I sparred with pro MMAs after the age of 40, and I can do a pullup.

Kid, if you cant do a pullup you are setting yourself up to be destroyed in whatever combat sport you are doing.

train as a professional boxer for 20 years, and you too will look like Floyd Mayweather. And do real pullups and benchpresses, not the middle school workouts you are currently doing. Starting Strength would be a good place to begin.

Go heavy for few reps on shoulder and back and high reps on legs and arms. Medium reps for chest.

Well I'm good pretty good and my coach been training muay thai and jiu-jitsu for 16 years and has a hard time doing pushups but he's known to be a very great fighter in the area I live in. You have no idea how many fights he won
