At your age you shouldn't be counting calories, your body is constantly changing as you're going throuh puberty and it will be impossible for you to find a good number to bulk up. Making good food choices, basing your diet mostly around whole, nutrient dense foods and making sure you get a good amount of protein and fats will do it. With your hormones going through the roof it will be easier for you to build muscle if you eat well and train the smart way, no need to go the calculating way right now.

With all due respect, you may be lean and even quite cut but 4% body at is very, very unlikely. People don't stay at that level for a long time and it can be dangerous, I doubt you are at that stage and I don't even wish you to be. As for working out everyday, it depends on your routine but I'm sure you could do much better if you follow a good and proven routine that makes you train muscle groups 2 to 3 times a week (something like a full body would be optimal if you're a beginner but an Upper/Lower split or a P/P/L could also be good choices).

If you like what you eat right now, eat it and enjoy it. You'll be good to go and with some motivation and hard/smart work you'll go far!

N.B.: A good bulk will make you gain 0.5 to 1 pound per week, that's a good way to see if you're progressing well.
