    # day routine

    With my work schedule I'm only able to get in the gym 3 days a week. Wed, Thur and Fridays. Sometime Saturdays. Anyone have any suggestions for a workout routine. I'm looking to transform I'm 5'9" 170 about 15% body fat. For the past 5 months I have been doing kettle bells on Wed and Friday and a total body cardio routine on Thursdays. I'm looking to loose more fat and gain more muscle. 48 years old here and feeling in the best shape of my life. T

    On second thought, I don't want to know.

    Seriously, my suggestion is to take a few hours and peruse the expansive range of information here. Not here as in the O35 Misc, but sections like:

    Workout Programs, Nutrition, and Over 35 Workout Journals.

    Thanks. more like what the kettlebells are doing to me. They have provided a great work out and I have lost quite a bit of body fat
