    Refeed on keto

How do you do a refeed on a keto diet? I can't incorporate too many carbs by I am also in a big caloric deficit. Would refeeding by just upping my calories be my option?

You should read up about diets before starting them.

A keto reefs is carbs, and lots of them.

Refeed means high carbs to boost hormones. Nothing to do with calories.

And you most certainly do refeed on keto.

Both CKD and TKD incorporate lots of carbs. Doing SKD right includes refeeds unless you're only eating keto for short periods.

This isn't the keto subforum, so stop talking chit on keto.

You will find that ckd and tkd are totally different diets. One is for the benefit of fat lose and the other is for the benefit of autistic people. Do some research please.

A "proper keto diet" you don't have a carb up at all. It is a completely different diet altogether. It is for autism not for BB.

I get that the CKD/TKD may help autistic children but they are very similar diets. The SKD is the one that is different. The SKD does not involved any serious refeeds as it is typically used for people who are rather obese. The TKD and CKD are simply different ways to ingest carbs (timing). The CKD involves a week of ketogenic dieting followed by a window of carbohydrate ingestion. The TKD involves ingesting a similar amount of carbohydrates but they are ingested around the time of the workout rather than on the weekends.

I am not sure what you are arguing so I figured I would clarify everything.

What is a "proper" keto diet in your opinion and why would you not carb up as a bodybuilder?
