Playing around with street / night photo. Had a lot of fun, I consider myself a noob so 2018 I really want to refine my fundamentals and create a solid foundation. Experiment a lot, trial error, etc.

I'm very new to photography and have been shooting for a little over a year. My sister let me borrow her old camera to practice with but I've recently bought my own and will hopefully start using it within the next few weeks.

Thank you and yes that's where I live. I don't shoot much in the winter. I don't mind the snow but it's just been too cold this year and my hands/fingers can't handle it. When I do get out during the winter I tend to say local.Originally Posted by sy2502

I did them in my garage and tried a few with the flash behind him and some 'atmosphere aerosol'

One of the problems with photographing saguaro blossoms is that they're so tall. On Friday's hike, I found a relatively short one, but also held my camera high above my head...
