    Sports Nutrition Certification

    Hello Fellow Enthusiasts!

I graduated from college with my degree in Nutrition with the core emphasis in clinical studies, so now I'm looking into getting certified in Sports Nutrition. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Start a thread in the reg 'nut' forum stating some of the newest, bodybuilding-relevant info you've learned in school. That'll get you up to speed on whether or not you're in sync with the real world.

"The fitness and nutrition world is a breeding ground for obsessive-compulsive behavior. The irony is that many of the things people worry about have no impact on results either way, and therefore aren't worth an ounce of concern."--Alan Aragon
