They honestly just look like really bad tasteless jokes to me. I don't completely disagree with Disney though considering they've always been a child focused entertainment company.

A subsidiary of DIS just fired Roseanne a couple months ago because of a dumb joke she made on Twitter because the internet cried "racist". While these weren't current, there were enough tweets from him that showed a history and a pattern and in enough detail to make them really questionable and the internet cried "paedo". I think their hands were sorta tied on it. There's no way they can stand there and say they're a family oriented company that doesn't tolerate hateful language from the people who represent it and then keep someone around who now carries that sort of image with him. It's almost a Catch-22 for them. Damned if they do and damned if they don't.

Freeburn sums it about as well as you can - was just a dumb situation for everyone.

Saga, Locke and Key (might be a tad more than 5 years, but best series ever IMO) are really the only ones I have read, though I want to read (and heard are real good) East of West, The Wicked + The Devine.

Like 80% of Image Comics are gold.

Bought Infinity War tonight and re-watched it again, still love this movie. The ending is still fuking incredible. Yeah I know most will come back, but still it is so incredibly well done. I know who dies, I know they'll come back yet I still feel for the characters when they die. Not to mention it is capped off by an AMAZING piece of music from Silvestri.

Can'twait.gif for Avengers 4. If Cap does die in that one (which I suspect he will like most others do) I will be sad cause after Thor Cap is my favourite.

Well, that ending to Iron Fist season 2 was.............something. Not sure how to feel about it.

It was disappointing. They clearly worked on improving the fight choreography and show it off from the beginning. But the plot was really simple and plodding and the really interesting things didn’t happen until the very end. It was only 10 episodes but I feel like it could have been condensed into 4 or 5 and then gotten to the more interesting plot lines they teased.

It’s almost like they went “we know this got a little boring but here’s some interesting things, so come back in 2 years and find out what happens.”

WB is looking at Michael B. Jordan as new Superman. U wot m8. Forget the fact that he is black and has nothing in common with the actual character, he has been in Black Panther AND Fantastic Four and now WB wants him to play Superman. What in the fuk are these Hollywood Execs. thinking? You have 1000's of actors out there, but no let's get the guy who has been in 2 different comic book movies already. Like holy chit these people have no idea what they're doing and are in charge of a multi-billion $ company. Blows my mind.

Its like they never learned from copying avengers to fast to soon to flop so bad.

And marvel does it right because they have one guy (kevin feige) overmapping the entire cinematic universe and they have their own studio. Hence they took their time and also plan things out. Infinity war was planned out 10 years ago

Just came out Venom. Movie is indeed terrible. Probably the worst comic book movie since Iron man 3. Pretty much nothing in the movie is good, like Hardy is fine as Eddie but his dialogue is atrocious.

In the recent Nightwing Dick Grayson has changed his name to Ric, he was also shot in the head in Batman #55 and his personality has changed.

Dan Di-Didio really needs to fuk off out of DC, he is basically the reason why all the chit that happens with Batman happens, he is horrible. His dislike for Nightwing is now to the point where he is completely ruining the character. Fuk you.

wtf are DC doing over there? Cavill and Affleck are out, but still doing Wonder Woman 2 and Suicide Squad 2? They just going to give up on the shared universe and continue the individual films? No more batman or superman?

Personally I'd like them to just say **** it and start all over again. Keep Wonder Woman canon if they really want because it doesn't affect anything but reboot everything else.

He's also the reason for Heroes in Crisis going from a PTSD story to killing off heroes nobody wanted killed off. He's stuck in the 80s and wants to keep that status quo.
