Hey everyone! This is my first serious meal plan I've ever actually sat down and taken the time to make for myself so feel free to give me any advice on things I should switch up! A little bit about myself, I'm 6'2, 203 pounds. I have been training for strength and sports from the ages of 18-22, and now for the past 2 and a half years to almost 25 I have been training for size. I have been eating healthy and eating large quantities in the past, but have never actually followed a strict diet. So time for the Change!
So just to verify things:
Age-24
Height- 6'2
Weight- 203 lbs
Bodyfat- 13-15%
Goals- Build Muscle Mass/ Bulk
Been Training- 6.5 years (4 for strength/Football, 2.5 for Bodybuilding)
