Hey everyone, new user here. I hope I'm posting in the right forum.
I started using a no fat/protein only supplement back in January; my goal was to lose fat. Unfortunately, I lost a little more than that.
I used to take the supplement 3 times per week, for about 4 weeks. At the end of the 4th week, I noticed that I couldn't "keep it up" anymore. I could get it up, but wasn't able to keep it up for more than a few seconds. It was something that happened over night.
Went to the doc and he told me that he doesn't know what was in the supplement protein shake so he couldn't diagnose me right away.
I am pretty sure it has something to do with that shake, since I was perfectly fine before that, and the shake was the only change that I included in my overall diet, and lifestyle. Keep in mind I'm in my mid 20's.
Did anyone here ever experience something like that after using a shake? And what did you do to solve the issue?
Thanks.

Never ever heard of them. I'm in the UK and it might be a US brand people over there know but I don't. There's nothing wrong with whey protein cos my sex life And ability to get wood is just fine. Maybe try ordering from bb.com and a reputable brand. Or it might be under lying issue not linked to the protein at all.

Is this ingredients list right:
Micro and ultra filtered why protein isolate (WPI 90), flavour, stevia leaves.
Also, I can't help but think that it's called "I So Crazy" when I read it.

Well I thought I had the issue... however now that I am taking the same supplements I do not have the same effect. (Convinced myself it was the supplements rather than myself)
If everything is normal, with your testosterone and bloodwork, then you may have more of a psychosexual issue than a physical one.
It potentially may be your partner or perhaps you and your self confidence.
If you are looking for supplements I would suggest you try horny goat weed, and tribulus.
Although not permanent solutions, they should increase your sex drive enough to get you through a few times where you are anxious and it will build your confidence enough in the future where it is no longer an issue.Deadlift: 315 x 6

OP, if youre cutting with a large deficit, or for an extended period of time, I believe that can contribute. I cut hard for a long time and noticed a huge drop in sex drive. Also, you mentioned a "no fat" diet...not good for sexual function. You should also make sure youre hitting a minimum of fats. If youre eating a bit of chicken/beef/bacon as your primary sources of fat, chances are youre not getting enough.
I eat a lot of meat and that alone doesnt really get me all that close to my fat requirement. I eat nuts/cottage cheese/sour cream daily to hit ~80g. IMO, if bloodwork is ok, you should probably check your caloric intake and fat intake. If either/both are low, it might be a contributing factor.

Aekest, thanks for the advice dude. I'll look into these products.
Aaron, yes, my doc said that but he can't be 100% sure without a doppler test.
And I just reviewed the shake's ingredients; I saw that it contains stevia leaves. After googling this, I found out that this ingredient may cause ED. Any thoughts?

For reals? If you are that sensitive to products discontinue them. Many a time I took something and my body didn't like it, so I stopped taking it. However, there has been a link to stevia and erectile dysfunction, BUT the claim has NOT been substantiated because replicable findings have been lacking. At this point it is VERY disputable. I am not a physician but I would strongly suggest looking into other possible causes.

I did see one urologist, and he basically brushed everything off by giving me viagra (25 mg) and saying it's in my head. However, I still can't keep it up with Viagra. Everything happened once I started using this product for 4 weeks, about 3 times/week (I think one week I took 4). So as you said, I immediately stopped taking it once I saw that my body was reacting negatively.
It's pretty clear that something screwed up is in this product. I'm thinking it's the stevia. I'll keep you guys posted.

Are you taking any products with stimulants? Sometimes fat burners, preworkouts, etc. that are high in stimulants can cause a little ED. But if even viagra isn't fixing your problem you need go back to your doctor and let him know. Sounds like it could be psychological to me..

There is no doubt that part of my ED is psychological. However, I am 100% sure that not all of my ED is psychological, as my testosterone levels are normal and my libido is pretty high (I think about sex all day). I told the doc that, and he told me that if I want to be sure, I could always take a doppler test. Which I will do in December if everything goes well.
PS: I am not taking any supplements at the moment.
