    Question Suggestion Needed on Workout Routine? 30 days extreme cutter vs 6 WEEK SHORT CUT

    I have body fat of 18%, i can lift heavy, eat pretty clean - NOT extremely clean though.

    I want to bring my body fat down to 15% in 6 weeks. Also wants to tone up the body, i do have 17 inch bic/tri.. where as week shoulders and legs. I want to gain some muscle and tone up the body. Thinking of lifting legs twice each week splitting in QUAD DAY AND HAMS DAY.

    Also i have choice of

    30 days extreme cutting workout
    or 6 weeks to shred JIM STOPPINI ...

    any suggestions?
