How's the NM4? I'd probably strongly consider getting one if I could find one I could see in person. It grows on me every time I see a picture of it. I picked up the ctx700n and I'm really enjoying the whole dct thing.

I love it. It's a great handling and ergonomic bike, other than the seat. The seat is ok, but it's not as comfortable as a big cruiser would be. And yeah, the DCT is a great transmission! Plus the bike gets a lot of attention.... probably a bit more than my custom Harley does. I still ride all three of my street bikes, but the NM4 has better wind protection and storage with the top case, and is more practical.

Many Honda bike dealers have NM4s in the showroom, can't hurt to go down and look at one, take it for a test ride. I was skeptical about them, until I actually went and saw one in person.

clean 883, i have one also. Do other harley or riders in general look down on someone riding a 883 cause its a smaller bike or not really? just curious.

Don't care about image and ride your bike. I just got rid of a Fatbob and miss it. 883 is a solid bike.

been toying with the idea of selling/trading my SV650 in for a cruiser, yet can't bring myself to do it. would love to find a HD Nightster or an 883 Iron to eventually convert to 1200. i really should have pulled the trigger a few weeks ago. there was a 09 Nightster for sale at a dealership about an hour from me for $5400, but its gone now

Sporties are fun. I've ridden a few over the years. I actually like the Nightster over the 48 which is the newer version of that style in my opinion.

I like the Iron in pictures, but in person, it just looks so small to me. It could be because I've been riding the Dyna for too long though.
