My Training
Day 1=Chest/Abs
Day 2=Back/Cardio
Day 3=Biceps/Triceps/Abs
Day 4=Shoulders/Cardio
Day 5=Legs/Abs
Day 6= rest or repeat
Im not real sure about my training yet. it will probably change here soon since im going back to college. Me and one of my friends might do this isatori hyper growth plan or i might do marc megna 8 week trainer or i might just stick with my own plan. I havent decided yet. I know Iron mass will definitely help me reach my goals though!
My Diet
Usually i eat slow digesting carbs like oatmeal, whole wheat bread or a sweet potato before my workout and throughout the day but no later than 5 pm. The only time i eat fast digesting carbs like white bread, pasta, potato, cereal, simple sugars etc is right after my workouts. My protein mainly is eggs in the morning, turkey or chicken throughtout the day, some beef or red meat later on in the day. I also drink skim milk with my protein shakes as well as cottage cheese before bed. My veggies are usually peas or green beans. And my fats are peanut butter, almonds and oils usually. of course i have my cheat meals every so often
Supplementation
Morning=Protein Shake, Multivitamin, fish oil, fenugreek chews
Pre-workout= some type of pwo, varies because i have a lot of samples and pre workouts. Im thinking of making my own and mixing together 3.2g beta alanine, 1g agmatine sulfate, 8g citrulline malate, 5g creatine monohydrate and just mix all that into my pre workout protein shake.
Intra workout=some form of BCAA. I have powdered amino acids and tablets.
Post workout=Protein shake
Bedtime=if i have it i like to do a casein protein shake before bed or in the middle of the night if i wake up.
Hopefully if i get the chane to review some iron mass i can replace my protein shakes with this iron mass and really put on some muscle!!!Last edited by showjo1josh; 08-18-2014 at 04:17 AM.

Sunday morning Iron Mass bump and the ingredient profile will definitely work nice by itself or even combined with other
protein powders to boost the calories which look good from the carbohydrate source and the unique beef protein source
which I haven't seen yet in a wt gainer just in standalone protein powders and Iron Mass can be used to make one of these
protein goodies that can be eaten as in between meal.

Would absolutely love the opportunity to try this!!!!
I've never tried an Arnold product, but I love all the MusclePharm products I've tried. Combat powder is my favorite, 1 costco tub a month or so.
I just moved across country for college, playing D3 Basketball for Wisconsin Lutheran and could really use this EPIC sized bag of Iron Mass to help me perform at my best. As a poor college student quality calories (protein, carbs, and fats) can be hard to get, and Iron Mass has these ALL!!!!. I will my best for a quality review and could really use Iron Mass to help me gain the size and perform to the best of my abilities, and possibly furthering my basketball journey even further!
