The Bacchanal in Caesars Palace is amazing. But on a side note..isnt it pointless to go to a buffet if all you're going to get is chicken breast and potatoes?

The Heart Attack Grill burgers were horrible, if you go there you go for the gimmick, not the food. You can get spanked there if you don't finish your food

any suggestions ? already have terriyaki madness and the protein house on my list. which buffets would you guys recommend ? I want to enjoy myself. but when going to a buffet I would still like the option to choose a plain baked potato and grillen chicken breast . also best places for breakfast ?

They have a pass for like $60 and you get to eat as many times as you'd like in 24 hours at the Ceasers buffet, ballagio, the mirage and a few others

Oh and the Ceasers buffet is the best. Voted number 1 in country by USA today. 500 items. Pace yourself. The sushi and Asian was very good. Save room for dessert. I'll never forget I has a bowl piled high of homemade gelato with m&ms and I walked by an oven and an employee asked if I wanted a hot fresh and gooey chocolate chip cookie on top. Greatness

I wouldn't go to that place. The burgers and expereince just doesn't justify the consequences it can do to your health.

They cook all their food in lard instead of butter/oil, and that is why it's so calorie dense. I don't avoid most foods, but i will definitely not be eating that amount of lard again.

I think its stupid for those people that go their everytime they go to Vegas, its just a one-way ticket to, well......heart-attack city.

The weird thing is you would think that the food their would taste good based on all those calories and fat but it was really a let down. Hey but on the bright side they let you eat for free if you are over 350 lbs

As to their food, you notice I said it was "fun" not the best I've ever had. It seems I liked them more than NaturalGuy though. I just got a single with bacon and a 24oz PBR. All their beer is oldskool (PBR, Hamms, etc.).

Edit - i did go, once. I wouldn't go again if i ever go back to Las Vegas. Forgot to add in the 'again' bit at the end of the first sentence.
