Meet Vid 1676 @ 198 no wraps
Haven't been on here in a while but have still been training/competing.
Last weekend I lifted at CAPO Australian Nationals where I went 760kg @ 90 kg (1676lb @ 198lb) including a 750lb deadlift.
Next comp is the GPA Worlds in Sydney in November where I'll be shooting for around an 800kg total.

That's a great total man, I competed in me first meet this past april in 198 as well; but I'll keep my total to myself hue hue hue

Nice lifts! Great squat and deadlift of course but I'm also pretty impressed with your bench. Looks to me from this angle you don't have a big arch and end up with a pretty long ROM but you still blew up 413lbs. Lots of strength there.

I walk around at about 208lb & cut to 198 for meets. I have a small bone structure & small legs haha.
GPA Worlds will be massive as all the top Russian guys are coming out, a lot of the top Americans as well as Bolton & Benni.
