Having trouble getting my twitter following going. Haven't been too focused on it either though. At 1.1k on pinterest, and almost 1k on instagram after 3 weeks. Any tips for twitter guys? IN female clothing niche.

What do you do on pinterest? I created an account a while back, but haven't done anything

It's been like that for about a year I believe. That's why I use tweepi + tweetadder right now.

Had a friend check... I think as long asy ou alter the characters in some way you can get away with it from what ive heard. although tis weird because he doesnt alter them at all lol

It's pretty blatant actually. He can use "Train Insaiyan" all he wants, that's probably what he mean't by "having rights for". The images he can't use at all. Spreadshirt have a number of lawyer's to check designs and they work different days. So whenever he uploaded them that day, those lawyers weren't aware of DBZ so okay'd them. Any other day they would of been taken down right away.

edit: He started incorporating non-DBZ stuff in case he has them taken down, as he could sell whatever and it'll still sell do to his traffic.

Don't think you need to alter anything, do you? As long as Spreadshirt OKs it, you're good to go.

Should have emphasized the 'apparently' a bit more I guess. But it's the only reason to me why they would still be up on SS.

Pikachu is more recognizable than DBZ. I bet if you changed that Pikachu design a bit more, you could upload after 4 or 5 more tries. Seriously.

Also with DBZ, the rights for it is sketchy. Since so they are owned by a different company in USA than Japan. Their rights have changed a few times, so no idea who owns the intellectual rights.

I run a ecommerce affiliate site. Each product on my site has a pin it button. I pin it to my pinterest, people repin. When people click on the pin they are brought to that product page on my site. Then they have the option to "view product" which sends them through my affiliate link.

and I would not be competing against him, we wouldn't be promoting the same thing. Internet marketing is so huge that there are so many different ways one can monetize. Even if I decide to come out with my own clothing line or something, he has his own brand. IMO if people like the product, they will likely eventually buy both, not just one or the other. It's not like they're choosing to buy a TV, or phone or something where it's expensive and you only buy just one.
