It's pretty blatant actually. He can use "Train Insaiyan" all he wants, that's probably what he mean't by "having rights for". The images he can't use at all. Spreadshirt have a number of lawyer's to check designs and they work different days. So whenever he uploaded them that day, those lawyers weren't aware of DBZ so okay'd them. Any other day they would of been taken down right away.
edit: He started incorporating non-DBZ stuff in case he has them taken down, as he could sell whatever and it'll still sell do to his traffic.Last edited by ScrillaVilla; 08-13-2014 at 06:58 AM.

Should have emphasized the 'apparently' a bit more I guess. But it's the only reason to me why they would still be up on SS.
I couldn't even get 5 Pikachu shirts made for friends without them getting rejected rofl :<
Either that or SS are making bank off GymMemes they'd rather keep selling the chit until they have to deal with DBZ lawyers.http://www.inklocations.com - Find the best tattoo artists, anywhere in the world.

Pikachu is more recognizable than DBZ. I bet if you changed that Pikachu design a bit more, you could upload after 4 or 5 more tries. Seriously.
Also with DBZ, the rights for it is sketchy. Since so they are owned by a different company in USA than Japan. Their rights have changed a few times, so no idea who owns the intellectual rights.

I run a ecommerce affiliate site. Each product on my site has a pin it button. I pin it to my pinterest, people repin. When people click on the pin they are brought to that product page on my site. Then they have the option to "view product" which sends them through my affiliate link.

Shouts for shouts, promoting each other's products etc.
and I would not be competing against him, we wouldn't be promoting the same thing. Internet marketing is so huge that there are so many different ways one can monetize. Even if I decide to come out with my own clothing line or something, he has his own brand. IMO if people like the product, they will likely eventually buy both, not just one or the other. It's not like they're choosing to buy a TV, or phone or something where it's expensive and you only buy just one.
