    What cardio method would you do??

    One session of Insanity called Pure Cardio (45 mins-includes warmups and stretching)

    OR

    1 Hour of treadmill in varying speeds, not super high intense. Around 3+miles

    Trying to make my cut go a bit faster so I like to do 30 mins of LISS cardio (incline treadmill and slow walk). Its not too boring and I find that it's a good warm down after lifting.
    In the pursuit of some sort of aesthetics.

    Walking without viewing it as cardio crew checking in. I prefer just to have the calorie deficit dialed in. Plus I like walking around.
