    Preworkout: Orange Brainwash, 50mg Teacrine, 1 scoop Prolific, 1 scoop High Volume.

    Still sick. Sore throat, cough, chest/nose congestion, slight headache this afternoon. Annoying, not too bad, still not the flu (knock on wood), but enough to hamper my already down motivation.

    I lost 1 rep to the 225 bench rep from the last bench day on 2/7, and RPE was higher I normally wouldn't go for that last rep but I wanted an even 10 and skipped the supplemental to make sure I don't over do it.

    Plan is to squat tomorrow. That's gonna suck, it's been awhile (again)

    It just went from 245 to 250 for bench. +5 per cycle unless I need to drop it because of multiple weeks of suck

    Probably irrelevant but I also had something going on with/moved to my eyes. Starting Thursday my eyes were bothering me and getting goopy and cruddy and **** at night, at Saturday morning they were bloodshot and red AF and like peeeeeled and snapped open with that eye gunk all up in my eyelashes and ****, and my vision was blurry from the sludge over my eyes (prior two mornings eyedrops washed it away, not Sat) went in Sat morning and got some Tobramycin drops which helped dramatically in less than a day.

    Still a little sick, throat is sore (hurt quite a bit yesterday/last night), little bit of cough and nose congestion still. Barely got myself motivated enough to do this. Deep, hit the right side safety twice. RPE 9-ish. Good enough for today

    Are you using a pre? If I was sick and took a pre it made things worse for me.

    I always use a pre workout, and unless I forget to, note it in my post.

    Yesterday was Dymatize Pre, that's what it's called, just "Pre", from Dymatize. Original eh? For congestion type stuff a good pre always helps as it clears up the congestion. I just have to be careful not to do too much, which is part of why I only did the one real set for bench yesterday and squat today
