    13mm lever belt for rows and 145 lb press. Wrist wraps 145 lb press. No chin-ups because I'm still unsure of my right shoulder. Much of the FSL bench was done with a 'somewhat close' grip (same width I use for Press). Leisurely rests for the FSL.

    Squats were so deep I hit the safety a couple times. I could have done probably a couple more reps but 5 was all I wanted and it was solid work. I hadn't squat 315+ since Feb 20 lol.

    And 315x5 squats will almost always be "good enough" for any day lol.

    Yeah, 5/3/1. I'm still working on frequency of lifting which will be difficult over the summer but I do like the ease of scheduling days and the fact that every day has everything in terms of intensity/volume

    I finally got my hands on the 5/3/1 Forever book and will be starting my first cycle this Sunday based off Wendler's new principles so stoked for that.

    Yeah I had at least one more rep with acceptable form I think, probably could have had two more if I wanted, but yeah, deads aren't the place to to do that (for me).

    Motivation is enough to keep tracking my food to get my bodyweight down while doing a minimum of one full lower body session and one full upper body session per week so that I don't lose much (if any) ground on strength. Should do a Press day tomorrow afternoon.

    212 this morning.

    MFP says that in the least 1 year, 210.8 was my lowest bodyweight. I will drop below that, my short term goal when I started tracking and limiting was to get <210 by July 4th, that should be about right.

    So you say your demotivated but your on track to meet your goals....lol. I went back and watched videos from when I considered myself to be "strongest" and honestly I look the same. I think I had good form and after a few months the weight went up, but I dont feel like I ever really added much mass when I was "at my biggest".

    I say this because I know when we cut every minute is spent thinking "how much muscle am I going to lose this time" when I think it might not be all that much (since IMO I didn't gain a lot when lifting heavy and "bulking"). Or maybe I just suck at bulking and limited myself.

    All about expectations...realistic expectations/goals for my current situation lol.

    I obviously take a lot of videos. They show up in time travel flashback things here and there. For a little while now my main thought [when watching older stuff] has been "I look small, but the weight on the bar is the same".

    Not that I have done much of it at all and dont' push it when I do, do it, but my 315 lb deadlift rep PR is just 10...and I think press 10 rep PR is 150 (maybe 155? IDK)....so 315x7 @9 (or lower) and 150x7 (twice) on those recently is just fine for now.

    Unlike in times past (periods of demotivation) I will be conditioned to doing a training session + reasonably strong so when I get back to 4x/week and bulking and going all out I won't have nearly so far to go...like the multiple times I restarted at squatting 155 3x5 on SS and got big DOMS lolsuck
