It's been a few years since I have posted here. I did a search for some info but found most of it to be older. I am wondering if I can get a general consensus of what is more effective, the original X-Factor or X-Factor advanced? I ran the original X-Factor a few years ago when it first came out, in fact I was actually sent some by W. Llywellyn to log as one of the original testers. As I recall, X-Factor was the absolute best supplement that I had ever used.
I have read that some people are running it pre workout only at 4-6 tabs. I was considering just running it at 4 tabs per day for 50 days as suggested. I am looking to add some more beef and maybe shed some fat at the same time as I did the first time around.
Any one have any insight on which one I should purchase? X-Factor advanced appears to be about $10 more expensive per bottle where I would be ordering it from. Also any insight on a dosing protocol would be appreciated.

if you experience joint issues that might detract form your workouts, go with XFA
if you dont, or symptoms are tolerable, go with XF
most people find 4-6 caps PWO only the best....

I am slightly surprised they still sell XFA, as mostly everyone who reviews them both prefers the original XF.
That being said, I am using XF as we speak.ï‘‘ God of POF Crewï‘‘

Is that just at bbcom, or total sales?
That statistic is interesting, yet on the other hand not surprising. At a cursory glance, XFA may seem the better product (it has 'advanced' in the title and has more ingredient, it must be the better of the two!!1!), but if the science/knowledge posted in Neuron's thread is accurate, then the OG is the superior product if your goal is as his thread title proposes.
I guess it would be interesting to see if that sales ratio would change if all potential customers were aware of the claims in that thread.Olympus Labs

They both run out of stock frequently tbh.
I'm going to run 4 caps XF + 4 caps XFA soon. Why XFA? Because the stupid bundles are retarded and came with one bottle of each, lol.
Or maybe 4 XF + 2 XFA and then when that run is finished, use the extra bottle of XFA @ 1 cap a day until I run through that bottle.Last edited by kissdadookie; 08-01-2014 at 06:14 PM.

As if you both don't get the raws from Cargill. Let's not bring up this old argument of XF vs X-Gels as if one is better than the other - it's been done before, and you've lost that fight miserably a couple times now.
Whichever one is cheaper, buy it. X-Gels was usually the cheapest option at a majority of retailers several months ago, but now it looks like XF is cheaper at some places.CountryMike Appreciation Crew
