    Whey Protein with Testosterone Booster

    Hi,

    Its been like 2 months that I have been going to the gym and I can see very minute changes. I am taking no supplements.

    I am planning to start with whey with testosterone booster. Could someone please suggest :

    1) Will they be beneficial if taken together?
    2) If yes, how should I manage their dosage for maximum benefit and when should I take these like before workout, after, how much time etc?

    Note : Whey protein : Muscletech phase 8
    Testosterone booster : MuscleTech tech HD

    I dont want to go for it without hearing from you guys.

    Don't take a test booster. It won't increase muscle gain. If you're getting 0.6-0.8g per pound of bodyweight of protein, don't get the powder. If you aren't eating more calories than you burn, eat more food until you are. You should have around a 500 calorie surplus. That's how you gain muscle.

    I am 145 pounds and my protein intake for the day is like 20g and around 1800 calories. This is what I get from my diet. Thats why thinking to taking something to assist me in completing the protein intake as well as keep me boosted throughout the day and more strength during the workout.

    You should be eating more calories. Up it to 2500 if you can. Maybe 3000. How are you only getting 20g of protein?

    oops sorry, I get around 85-90 g protein ( 2 chicken breast, 1 glass milk and other stuff to complete the diet).
    But will it harm if I take the protein and booster or will they be of exactly NO USE?

    Also, when would be the best time to take the booster and how one should manage that with whey. Since, I read to take the booster when one wakes up and then 30min before one hits the gym.

    Read the stickies in the nutrition section. What matters is that you reach your protein requirements for the day. I would personally try and eat more chicken , steak, fish and eggs. Consume a protein shake when you need to reach macros.

    OP pretty sure muscle tech phase 8 is spiked whey protein (they dumping aminos in) that means if it says your getting like 25g if protein your not cause they aren't complete proteins. To see if they are look on the "ingredients label" you should see NO AMINO ACIDS, taurine there only in the naturally occurring part. Mark Lobiner did a video over amino spiking on youtube his account is tiger fitness just thought if point this out. And like they all said above I don't think test booster is necessary.

    The only thing you'll get from a T-booster is a lighter wallet.

    Read the stickies in nutrition, figure out your macros, track your calories and eat at a slight surplus.
