I had such a high energy expenditure day yesterday, that by the time i got home from work, there were some serious striations in my inner chest lol.
tfw high volume leg workout + HIIT in the morning
tfw 8 hour shift afterwards(walked 16,000 steps at work)
tfw still didn't hit a new low today.

id say I have been dieting like this for about...4 years or so... I have only tracked with My Fitness Pal for 5 months (During contest prep) out of those 4 years. The rest I just write down my food like above. I honestly eat the same thing every day 95% of the time. I actually enjoy doing it that way, and I am able to stay consistent and not worry about going over or being under. FUaark ive been failing this RD
Ever since that weekend of eating nothing because of molly, I havent been tracking food and been basically binge eating.
But my weight is 159lbs lol started RD at like 163lbs.
Starting today I'm going to just start eating 2100 cals a day and see how that goes.High test crew
