Traps have been sore af recently. Not the way muscles are usually sore, this **** is irritating.
Not sure what the cause is, nor do I know how to fix it.

Just got back from a vacation with the family.
Got some lifting in on a Force USA functional gym thingy at the hotel we stayed in. Not the best but it was better than nothing.
Didn't log any of it, unfortunately, but there should be more to come soon

Used my belt on a working set for the first time. Was a bit more difficult to hit depth as a result.
