    Traps have been sore af recently. Not the way muscles are usually sore, this **** is irritating.
    Not sure what the cause is, nor do I know how to fix it.

    Just got back from a vacation with the family.
    Got some lifting in on a Force USA functional gym thingy at the hotel we stayed in. Not the best but it was better than nothing.
    Didn't log any of it, unfortunately, but there should be more to come soon

    As a side note, got an awesome Admission Rank for the final exams that were mentioned earlier in the thread. Much higher than I'd expected.

    Left trap was getting progressively worse so I decided it's safer to wrap up the session early.
