I started my weightloss/fitness journey after having my second baby in 2011. I got to 108kgs with her and in these before photos I was 91kgs, 6 months after giving birth. I am now 68kgs (total lost 40kgs) and hubby has lost about 20kgs. Our lives have changed entirely and are so much better for it. We have fallen off the wagon a lot the last few years, giving up for months at a time but I have been doing really well for a long time again and he has just joined back in. Now we are both down to losing our last 5kgs and I'm wanting to tone up a lot mainly my butt and legs, and he wants to bulk and cut some more fat. I have a lot of excess stomach skin that I will never get rid of but just part of huge weightloss!
I've spent so many hours reading through the forum since I joined last night so I can't wait to learn a lot more!

The picture on the bottom left ... was that taken at the Ma Mu Canopy Walk in Far North QLD? Just a WILD guess

thank you so much,I think I look younger now too For a long time I have said I want to be healthier in my 30s then I was in my 20s...I have 1 year left so I'm on track
