Ever since then I've made so many mistakes on my path to achieve that. Tried every diet, every exercise, and supplements along the way(natty). On my path I realized overall fitness and looks wont make you happy as you think. You have to change that inwardly on your own. Don't be afraid to leave your comfort zones and try new things. Soak up as much as you can, read more, meet new people, share experiences with people and most of all commit to yourself and realize you're human, mistakes will be made, don't sweat it.

congrats man that's awesome! how was the loose skin issue? I've lost quite a but of weight myself and am starting to notice some extra skin hanging and not sure if it will go away when I bulk up and stack on more muscle
