In heading towards my first NPC mens Physique competition do you feel you should always hire a coach? If so I know for women they have that team bombshell thing, what would be a good group for men?

Absolutely. If it's your first contest prep, you would be much better off hiring a coach. Some of the more popular ones are 3DMJ, Layne Norton (pricely), Jerry Ward (bios3 training), Marc Lobliner...not sure if Paul Revelia preps or not. Just google those guys and if you go with someone else, double check their credentials and past clients, experience, etc.
