    Legs

As most people are aware unless you are genetically blessed, to me and in my opinion your legs are the hardest thing to grow. That being said, I am looking for a new 4 day workout. Does anyone have any suggestions that have a great all encompassing but not "too long" leg day and 4 day workout they can suggest?

4 day routine? Go for an Upper/Lower Split. Search for Lyle McDonald's Generic Bulking routine.

try layne norton's P.H.A.T..that program destroying legs pretty nice. my legs tend to grow faster than any other bodyparts. you just have to squat 2-3 times a week. they wiill grow for sure. you need to put in some work and have some volume in your training. you wont get extreme growth from 3-5 sets a week

Doing lyles atm, I can confirm your legs will be hit hard.

Looked at PHAT too, it looked like it would be even more intense, but I was looking for a more beginner orientated program .

What you need is more volume if you are trying to "bring up" your legs. Try a Upper/Lower Split. this way you hit legs twice a week. there are plenty of templates around if you google them
