I see you have really nice forearms, arms, delts and lats going.

You're right...no abs. You don't need our opinion.

I see a need for more pecs, traps and legs because the rest is going way ahead of those. I'm not certain if you need to reduce bf to see abs or what.

Doing well. I'm sure a lot of folks would kill to have arms and delts like you.

I can see you are somebody who has concentrated on your arms far more than anything else... which is why they look good, but the rest of your body is small and out of proportion.

I can tell that you have low body fat but that should mean that you would see good definition... but you don't... which can only mean that you need to kick it up on all other areas... especially chest, abs, and back.

Yes, for sure. I didnt concentrate on my arms the most to be honest, its just my genitics. I always had good one without trying. But look at my July pics of chest, and my new ones. That is July 2002, but anyway, this past year I REALLY concentrated on my chest and it did come along well, but I am going to be unnattural soon(getting stuff) and will go hard on chest for sure. My abs are not thick at all, and I will him them hard as well. These pics do not do my back any justice at all. Infact, I have a pretty defined back.

Waist is actually pretty lean.
Need to work the lats to bring out the v-shape.
