    Not having progress when sick. Is it normal?

    So I have been sick for 3 weeks now with common cold and flu-like symptoms, but I have been working out anyway. I am still far away from my potential, and has been stronger before I was on a cut in the summer, so expected som progress. I have been eating at more than maintenance, but the numbers have not gone up. Not my weight either.
    So is that normal when you are sick or do I need to fix my schedule?
