Giant set of: military press 40kg 3 x 8, 8kg lateral raises 3 x 8, upright rows 3 x 8, db shrugs 32kg's 3 x 8
Bw dips 2 x 8 s/s curls 3 x 8
Triceps push downs 3 x F s/s 16kg hammer curls 3 x 8
