Phrak's Greyskull LP(Beginner strength routine with more focus on aesthetics than SS)

Has anyone tried this one? I think it seems a lot more fun than SS. Also, you would get a lot more hypertrophy considering the deloads and the AMRAP sets.

What accessory lifts can I add to it? I added dips and pull ups on SL but I'm not sure with this one.

Yeah AMRAP is nice for deloading and if squats tire out your arms. If it seems like fun, do it

I did it for almost 6 months. Squat went from 270 to 300. Deadlift went from 265x5 to 315x7 (315x1 to 374x1). Bench stayed the same even while gaining 25 lbs. My bench needs heavier work combined with volume to go up. It's a great program. Try it for 6 months. I've had MUCH better success with my own conjugate system. Bench shot up 20 lbs in the first 5 weeks doing my own westside program. But GSLP is fantastic for beginners.
    Lifetime PR's

Squat 445 w/ wraps (405 raw no wraps)
    Competition Bench 275
    Deadlift 435

Were you bulking or cutting while doing this program?

What accessory lifts should I consider adding? Did you add any?
