I really like his physique but i reckon his back is a bit too big for men's physique
he would do well in bodybuilding!

Abdominal wall could use more lbm for better separation, but no need to necessarily get thicker.

Proportion wise, the more accentuated the taper, the better. It is like that in all male physique categories that ever existed, i assume.

Jaco is definitely good but almost too big for MP. It's like an intermediate step between MP and full out IFBB bodybuilding.
He competes in the WBFF if im not mistaken.

Here he dwarfs Jeff Seid who isn't the biggest guy in MP (when compared to guys like Steve Cook and Sadik) but still, the difference is pretty significant

Buendia cause dat waist on his side pose.
Sadik cause he is at the bigger end of the MPD spectrum but still maintains the shape th division looks for

damn, Jaco looks crazy huge in that picture with seid. Crazy how they can taper down so much once they step on stage

Poston has had one of my favorite physiques ever since he won his pro card at the NPC USA in 2012.. The guy is an inspiration. Won multiple shows and placed top 5 at the Olympia all while battling type 1 diabetes

Now go and take a look at some of zyzz's pics, none of these guys come even close to zyzz physique. There was something AWESOME about zyzz physique that just cant be put into words, mean no disrespect here, these guys have good physiques but zyzz was zyzz.
