First I want to thank Vitruvian and ErgoGenix for sending me some of their new Pre-Workout ErgoBlast, I received one ten serving container of the Pineapple Mango flavor. I was very excited to get in on this promo being I was a big fan of ErgoPump.
A little background info on myself, I am by no means a competitive lifter or anything of the sort but a wife and mother who has been working to live a healthier lifestyle and regain a physique I have not had in years. My routine varies based on work schedule and how things are going at home. Right now I try to get at least two full body weight sessions and four to five days of cardio. If time allows, I will work off a four day split being Chest/Delts, Back, Legs and Arms.
I have used a fair amount of Pre-Workout supplements to compare this to, I have not used a Pre-Workout supplement in a little over a month and I have not used one continually for some time so I'm looking to get the full effects of this product.
Since the mail came fairly early today I got my first use of this product in! The scent of the product was pleasant, it mixed with no issues and tasted wonderful! I wasn't sure what to expect here but I'd say ErgoGenix nailed the flavor, at least for my liking. The effects were really good, I think the biggest test for me will be to see if I still get similar effects towards the end of the tub or not. Today my energy was great, the energy seemed to kick in fairly quick, within 15-20 minutes I was feel really good and focused in on what I was wanting to do. I got in roughly 40 minutes of weights and another 20 minutes of cardio. I did not feel any crash during or after the session.
My session:
3 Sets of Chest Press Machine
3 Sets of Cable Flys
3 Sets on the Pec Deck Machine
3 Sets of DB Lateral Raises
3 Sets of Straight Arm Plate Raises
3 Sets of Seated OH DB Press
20 Minutes on the bike

Thank you all for following along. Today I got a quick back training session in with some cardio. I actually did my cardio first, sipped on my ErgoBlast on the way to the gym so when I got there I went ahead and did 20 minutes on the elliptical machine to get the blood flowing and help get the Ergoblast circulating. The effects today were really good, no issues in mixing or with digesting this supplement. Had a great pick up on the energy today, focus was good but I didn't quite feel as zoned in as I did yesterday. Endurance was great and I'm still feeling good, no crash feelings or anything of the sort.
20 Minutes on elliptical machine
3 Sets of One Arm Dumbbell Rows
3 Sets of Barbell Rows
2 Sets of Seated Cable Rows using the close handle grip attachment
2 Sets of Seated Cable Rows using the wide grip bar attachment
3 Sets of Shoulder Width Lat Pull Downs
Loving the taste of this, all though that is probably the least important factor it is a great bonus!Me and My Hubby's workout Journal:

Has not been the best of days, bad headache today, do not think it had to do with ErgoBlast but some adjustments made on my braces. Non the less, I did get in right around 40 minutes of cardio, stair stepper and treadmill. Had a good amount of energy but just wasnt feeling it today with the headache.

Thank you everyone for stopping in, feeling a lot better today
Took my ErgoBlast and did some training before going into work today and felt great. I am really digging the endurance and focus I'm getting from this pre. Today I ran through some cardio and arm work. I worked in some drop sets and super sets and felt like I could have kept going had I not had a time limit hanging over me.
Blast mixes and taste great, one of my favorite tasting supplements for sure!Me and My Hubby's workout Journal:

Was a sun of a gun doing cardio a day after leg day but I was glad I got the work in.
25 Minutes on the treadmill

15 Minutes on the elliptical
Used ErgoBlast both training days, smooth flow of energy. Did not get quite as much endurance as I was hoping for on the cardio day but I don't think any supp could have helped out, I went in tired and legs were starting to tighten up so I was happy to take what I could get.Me and My Hubby's workout Journal:

Thank you, I need to work on that aspect of training, make good use of the time between sets
They really seem to hit him within a day or two, I really like them.
I've always had bigger thighs so I really need to put an effort in to getting them back in shape, going to take some time.
Thank you for stopping by, going well, about ready to wrap this up, sessions have been going well, loving the ErgoBlast, I was wondering if I would like this more than ErgoPump, it was one of my faves for go to pre workouts but I see this taking its place now. Will be submitting my store review in the next day or two.Me and My Hubby's workout Journal:

Hello everyone, I want to thank you all for following me along this quick log I ran with ErgoBlast, loved the product and thank you again to Ergogenix for allowing me to try this out. Really felt a good pick up in energy with this. Endurance was great, never felt like I was phasing out or crashing during or after my session. I've used this early in the morning and went on with my work day feeling great. Focus was pretty good also, I haven't had too many issues focusing in on my workouts but I did feel this picked things up a notch. I would easily rate this as one of the top Micro dosed pre workouts you could get, and overall in the top 4-5 pre workout supplements I have used. Right now there is a great deal so I'll be getting some more, anyone else that hasn't tried it should also take advantage of the store deal:
