Im going to start cutting in a couple of months and here is my plan of attack please give me your personal opinion and input as i am fairly new.
Supplement stack;
WPC 2 scoops post workout
Creatine 5g Post workout
BCAA INTRA/DURING workout
MONDAY; DELTS/TRAPS CARDIO SLOW PACED 20 MINS
TUESDAY; BACK/BI'S SLOW PACED 20 MINS
WEDNESDAY; CHEST/TRI'S CARDIO SLOW PACED 20 MINS
THURSDAY; ABS/FASTED HIIT CARDIO 15 - 25 MINS
FRIDAY; BICEPS/TRICEPS CARDIO SLOW PACED 20 MINS
SATURDAY; LEGS/ CARDIO SLOW PACED 20 MINS
SUNDAY; REST
