Here is the thing, I recently signed at a "hardcore gym". There 80% are bb guys and I really like the crowd there specially the top guy, which actually competes and his trainer (which happend to be the gym's pt).
They do everything screaming and with the worst form and really really heavy weights and the guy sometimes takes his shirt off and tucks in his shorts 'til they look like thongs to admire himself in the mirror in the middle of a work out. I started listening in to a few cues and tips from the trainer who has that old school 70s mentality when it comes to bb and some of what he said is just - wow!! like I overheard him saying to his protege "Don't drink normal water beause that's full of salt and minerals that will mess with your diet". (yes he was competing the next week but it was some local fart contest with 20 males, not Mr. O)
What makes it worse is that many guys in the gym look up and ask the guy for advice when his trainer is not around ... and sometimes he asks his "fans" to videotape him for his yt channel with his iphone.
THE TIMES these two have made me laugh HARD on the inside!
